Application Deadline

Eligibility

(1)	Privately funded international students enrolled in GSFS as a regular student, studying medicine/ dentistry/ pharmacology, engineering directly relating to medicine/pharmacology, or business administration. Masters course students can only apply if studying business administration.
(2)	Those who will be able to complete their study in the designated period.
(3)	Those who are 38 years old or younger as of April 1, 2019, having “college student” status.
(4)	Those who have not applied for this scholarship through direct application in the past, regardless of whether the application was successful or not.
(5)	Those who applied through the university recommendation but failed in the past are not eligible.
(6)	Those who are in financial difficulty and will not receive any other scholarship.
(7)	Those who will not leave Japan for 40 or more days in total during the scholarship period.
(8)	Those who are motivated to learn Japanese.

Amount

Amount: 2 Mil, 1.5Mil or 1 Mil JPY/year (decided by the foundation)
Duration: 1 year from April 2019

Apply To

Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO.
Application Form should be printed single-sided and should not be stapled.

1.	Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations
2.	Transcript of your current course (or your previous course if you have not obtained any credits.)

An applicant who passed the GSFS internal screening will be required to submit other documents (sample) stated in the guideline.
