Those are enrolled/ will be enrolled in a masters or doctoral course of GSFS as a regular student as of April 2019. |

Those who will not receive any other scholarships including student loan on and after April 2019. |

Those who are facing severe financial difficulties. |

Those who are high achievers with desirable attitude as scholars. |

Those who are under 35 years old as of April 1, 2019. |

Those who are able to attend scholarship recipient meetings (about twice a year), being interested in global understanding and international friendship, and being able to contribute to these. |

Those who are able to communicate in Japanese. |
