| Eligibility |
| (1) |
Privately financed international students studying or being admitted to study at GSFS, who have outstanding academic performance and excellent personal character, and need financial aid. |
| (2) |
Those who meet any of the following criteria:
a. Students conducting research to contribute to international cooperation
b. Students in a program that awards academic degrees in English
c. Students taking part in a short-term study-abroad programs based on an exchange agreement between the U-Tokyo and their home university. |
| (3) |
Those who are able to take part actively in the exchange activities organized by the Foundation. |
| (4) |
Those who do not receive scholarship more than 30,000yen from other organization. |
