Eligibility

(1)	Graduate students who are studying science and technology, such as electric/electronics, optics, image processing, mechanics, information technology, material engineering, chemistry, medical equipment, health/welfare, environment/energy, agriculture/functional foods.
(2)	Students enrolled in the 1st academic year of master’s course as of April 2018.
(3)	Those who wish to work in manufacturing industry after graduation.
(4)	Those who have not received scholarships from Takano Gakujutsu-Shinko-Zaidan Foundation.
(5)	Those who have excellent Japanese in writing and speaking.
(6)	Those who will not receive other scholarships (than JASSO scholarship or your University’s own scholarship program).

Amount

Amount: 50,000 JPY per month
Duration: August 2018 to July 2019
