Those who will not receive, and have not applied for any scholarships from other institutions. |

Those who are sure to attend the events organized by the foundation. |

Those who are interested in international communication and are expected to contribute to international amity. |

Those who are able to communicate in Japanese on telephone and in everyday life. |

Those who can build a network as a alumni of the foundation’s scholarship recipient. |
