International students (except Japanese and Chinese nationals) with ‘college student’ status, studying as a master course student in the engineering field as of October 2016. Those who are expected to enroll in April 2017 are also eligible to apply. |

Those who have excellent academic records and those who are both mentally and physically fit. Those who are master of specific area. |

Those who can communicate well in Japanese. |

Those who need financial support and do not receive other scholarships. If recipients are found to be receiving other scholarships, scholarship payment will be suspended and the amount should be paid back to the foundation. |

Those who are interested in international communication with Japan and those who are expected to contribute to international amity. |

Those who are able to attend the exchange seminars to be held every 2 months or our excursion in summer etc. |

Those who are under 30 years old as of March 31, 2017. |
