Chinese citizenship holder (who do not have a permanent residence permit in Japan) |

Privately financed international students studying social sciences as a regular student at a graduate school as of April 1, 2017. |

Those who will not receive scholarships from other foundations after April 1, 2017. |

Those who were born after April 2, 1987. |
| (5) |
Those who are able to explain their research plan in Japanese. |
