Those who are mentally and physically fit, who hold excellent academic records. |

Those who are able to communicate well in Japanese. |

Those who are not receiving funding from any other institutions more than 100,000 yen per month. |

Those who are interested in mutual understanding and friendly relations with Japan, and are expected to contribute to that in the future. |

Those who are under 30 years old as of April 2013. |
