Eligibility
(1) Those who are enrolled in a master course or doctral course, and reside in Tokyo.
(2) Research students are not eligible.
Amount Amount: 100,000 JPY per month.
Duration: Standard study period required to complete a degree program
Apply To Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO.
Application Form should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

1. Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations, Original and one copy
2. Application form (Foundation specified). Be sure to fill out sections 1, 3 and 4.
3. Original certificate of enrollment.
4. Original academic transcripts. Undergraduate as well as your current institution.
5. A hand-written recommendation letter from an academic supervisor, in a sealed envelope. Letter must describe the applicant’s family or financial situation to show how much the applicant needs a financial aid. If applicant is newly enrolled in GSFS, he/she could ask a supervisor in undegraduate course to write.
6. A recent photo (4.5cm x 3.5 cm, taken within 6 months)
7. Copy of a residence (with an address in Tokyo).
