Eligibility
(1) Scholarship aimed at foreign students hailing from oil producing nations from the Middle-east, Africa, and Central Asia
For a list of elligible countries, refer here.
(2) Applicants should be enrolled in an engineering or science program (excluding medical, dental, and pharmaceutical sciences).
Amount Amount: 180,000 JPY/month
Duration: In principle, payments to be made for the standard amount of time required to complete the graduate program.1 year from April, 2013 to March, 2014

Apply To Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO.
Application Form should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

1. Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations, Original and one copy
2. Transcript of graduate school and of undergraduate school, 2 copies
3. Letter of recommendation by the supervisor, original and one copy
4. Foundation specified application form
