Eligibility

(1)	Scholarship aimed at foreign students hailing from oil or gas producing nations from the Middle-east, Africa, Central Asia and Mekong region. For a list of eligible countries, refer here.
(2)	Applicants should be enrolled in an engineering or science program (excluding medical, dental, and pharmaceutical sciences).
(3)	Applicants should not receive any other scholarship.
(4)	Applicants must be 35 years old or below.

Amount

Amount: 150,000 JPY/month
Duration: In principle, payments to be made for the standard amount of time required to complete the graduate program.

Apply To

Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO.
Application Form should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

1.	Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations, Original and one copy
2.	Transcript of graduate school and of undergraduate school, 2 copies. For details, refer to the handbook.

Those applicants who passed the GSFS internal screening will be required to submit other documents in Japanese.
