Apply To	Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO. Application Form should be printed in single page and should not be stapled. Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundation – 1 copy Current academic transcript, as well as transcripts from the school or institution previously attended (excluding Japanese language schools) – 1 copy Submit the listed two documents by March 13, 2015. Those applicants who passed the GSFS internal screening will be required to submit the Foudnation Specified Form of Application. All successful applicants of the GSFS internal screening will be recommneded to the foundation.
