Privately founded international students from a developing country, staying with “College Student” visa status, being at the age of 35 or younger as of April 1, 2022 |

Those who are enrolled in GSFS masters or doctoral course as regular students, and have at least one year left to the completion of their degree course (within the standard study period) , as of April 2022. |

Those who need financial supports. |
(4) |
Those who have high academic achievements and good character. |
(5) |
Those who are able to communicate in Japanese (for communication by phone and email, presentation and conversation at exchange meetings, as well as writing short articles). |

Those are interested in international understandings and friendships, and are sure to attend monthly exchange meetings held by the foundation. |
(7) |
Those who will not work full time, study abroad or do internships during the scholarship period, and will not receive other scholarships. |
(8) |
Those who will not receive any other scholarship or funds such as fellowship and grant. |
(9) |
Those who were not a scholar of this foundation as well as Tusji Asisa International Scholarship Foundation in the past. |
