Application Deadline

Eligibility

(1)	Privately funded international students enrolled in GSFS as a regular student, studying medicine/ dentistry/ pharmacology, engineering directly related to medicine/pharmacology, or business administration. Masters course students can only apply if studying business administration.
(2)	Those who will be able to complete their degree program during the standard period of study.
(3)	Those who are 38 years old or younger as of April 1, 2021, having “college student” status.
(4)	Those who have not applied for this scholarship through direct application in the past, regardless of whether the application was successful or not.
(5)	Those who applied through the university recommendation but failed in the past are not eligible.
(6)	Those who are in financial difficulty and will not receive any other scholarship.
(7)	Those who will not leave Japan for 40 or more days in total during the scholarship period.
(8)	Those who are in Japan during application, screening and interview.

Amount

Amount: 2 Mil, 1.5Mil or 1 Mil JPY/year (decided by the foundation)

Duration: 1 year from April 2021

* If credits are not given yet, submit the transcript of your previous degree program.
