Those who have outstanding academic records and the ability to graduate from the UTokyo, and qualify for a scholarship to complete their studies. |

Applicants who already have been enrolled two years and started working on their research papers would be foundation’s first choice. |

Guidelines and application forms are available on the Foundation website. Applicants must email a copy of the application to the foundation, then send the original by registered mail to them.
Those who are selected as a scholarship recipients must attend a meeting and reception held by the foundation on November 13th. |
