IMPORTANT: Application documents for Postgraduate Foreign Research Student Programs

Application documents which are due on May 8th 2020,
for Postgraduate Foreign Research Student Programs, October 2020 intake,
are currently being accepted by email due to the suspension or delay
of postal mail and courier services from overseas to Japan
because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please email all of your application documents in PDF format to the
Student Affairs Team
(k-kyomu@adm.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp) before mailing your original application
documents.

If delivery services are suspended in your area and you cannot send us
the original documents,
please inform us of the situation by email when you email your
application documents.

The application period remains the same, April 1st, 2020 to May 8th, 2020.
