Those who took the N1 Level Japanese Language Exam held in July or December of 2017, and passed with a score of 170 or better (100 or better for those whose native language are not Chinese or Korean). |

Self-financed international students studying to become Japanese language instructors (or are enrolled in a program closely linked to these areas) as a regular student at a graduate school. |

Those who will be able to receive the scholarship more than one year. |
(4) |
Those who are receiving less than 60,000 JPY per month from other sources of financial aid. |
