Eligibility
(1) Privately financed international students from East Asian and Southeast Asian countries.
(2) Those who start their Master’s course, or advance to the 2nd year of their Doctoral course in the field of engineering (mechanical engineering) or agriculture, as of April 1, 2018.
(3) Those who are mentally and physically fit, and are of excellent academic standing and who need financial support.
(4) The applicant must be under 35 years of age as of April 1, 2018, in principle.
(5) Those who will not receive more than 50,000 JPY/month from any foreign government nor other sources.

Amount Amount: 100,000 JPY/month
Duration:2 years from April 2018 to March 2020

Apply To Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO.
Application Form should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

1. Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations
2. Transcript of graduate school and of undergraduate school

Those applicants who passed the GSFS internal screening will be required to submit a Foundation specified Application Form and other documents described in the guideline.
