Those who are living in Japan at the time of application. Applications from overseas are not accepted. |

Applicants must submit an essay both in English and Japanese. |

Those who are receiving financial aid of over 1,500,000 JPY/year from other institutions are not eligible to apply. |

Past recipients of CWAJ, or members of the CWAJ are not eligible to apply. |
