Privately financed international students who are studying in the first year of a master program in humanities or social sciences. |

Those who have excellent academic achievement and good personality. |

Those who have excellent Japanese skill. |

Those who have financial difficulty. (Those who receive a scholarship more than 100,000 yen/month are not eligible.) |

Those who are under 29 years old or younger (as of March 31, 2017) |
